Abstract
We report the experimental results on the transverse magnetoresistance (MR) in the filled skutterudite SmFe4 P12 single crystals. In the temperature dependence of the transverse MR at high fields, we found a resistance minimum near 3 K at 14 T. Taking into account the Kohler's rule, the increment of transverse MR below 3 K is ascribed to the ordinary Lorentz component, while there still remains unexplainable positive magnetoresistance component detected over the wide temperature range.
