    Abstract

Systematic investigations of the dependence of the magnetic and structural properties on the composition of as-sputtered and annealed Fe1-xBx amorphous films were carried out. Most of the films were subject to strong relaxation during annealing. In the final state after annealing strong differences of magnetic properties, which originally existed due to the conditions of the preparation, vanished.
