Abstract
TixCo1+xFe2-2xO4 (0 ≦ x ≦ 0.5) ferrite films and its composite films with CoFe2O4 synthesized by a sol-gel method were investigated on crystallographic and magnetic properties. Magnetization decreased with the increase of Ti content while coercive force showed a maximum at x = 0.2 and comparatively high at x = 0.5. Composite films of Ti0.5Co1.5FeO4 and CoFe2O4 showed larger Hc and smaller grains.
