Abstract
The magnetic microstruture characteristics of a soft magnetic material, iron alloy, were investigated using the electron holography technique. An increase in the annealing temperature resulted in decreasing the volume of the amorphous phase. At 923 K excellent properties of the soft magnetic material, consisting of pure magnetization rotation dominated by uniaxial anisotropy, were obtained. While annealing at 773 K resulted in the obtaining of a magnetic ripple structure.
