The cubic-to-tetragonal martensitic transformation temperature Tm(H) under magnetic fields H in Nb3Sn investigated by detecting the electrical resistance anomaly associated with the transformation. Fields up to 12 T are applied along  of the single crystal with RR = 8, Tc = 18.2 K and Tm(0) = 38.8 K. Tm(H) decreases by 0.3 K at H=12 T and its field dependence is found to be [TmH-Tm(0)]/Tm(0)=-(0.17±0.03)[microBH/kmBTm(0)]2. This is analyzed successfully by using the Γ12 subband model. Discussions are also given focusing on the comparison with V3Si.
