Abstract
Magnetic and structural properties for quarternary (Fe-Co-Ni)50Pt50 alloy thin films were investigated. Measurements of magnetic properties at room temperature were carried out using a vibrating sample magnetometer and a torque magnetometer in the magnetic field up to 30kOe. Structural analyses were performed by X-ray diffraction using Cu-Kalpha radiation. Results indicated that Ku decreased with increase in the total number of valence electrons.
