Abstract
Low temperature specific heat, C, of a single crystal Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2Oz obtained by a flux method using CuO as a solvent has been measured to confirm the presence or absence of a T-linear specific heat term (γ{black star}T). The absence of γ{black star}T term is derived using a least-squares method. A small upturn in C/T is seen below 2.5 K.
