Abstract

Low temperature fabrication of FePt alloy multilayer films with perpendicular anisotropy by alternate monoatomic layer deposition was discussed. X-ray diffraction was performed for structural characterization. The magnetic properties were measured by a SQUID magnetometer. The magnetization measurements showed that all samples were perpendicularly magnetized.
