Abstract
Although Tc-99m-labeled RBC SPECT is sensitive for detection of intestinal bleeding, it cannot provide a high degree of specific anatomic information. We present a case of intestinal bleeding in which a fused image composed of those from Tc-99m-labeled RBC SPECT and from x-ray CT revealed small intestinal bleeding with specific anatomic information. We believe that the fused image is useful for anatomic localization of gastrointestinal bleeding and helpful for surgical intervention.
