Abstract

Interaction effects associated with Anderson localization are confirmed for the critical current in a superconductor normal-metalsuperconductor junction using p-type InAs as the normal metal. In the weak localization regime and with decreasing temperature the critical current shows a saturated temperature dependence which agrees well with a theoretical prediction. In the strong localization regime the critical current decreases with lowering temperature.
