N2 - Irradiation tests on hydride fuels are carefully reviewed from view points of in-core behaviors to clarify keeping soundness during irradiation of hydride materials, especially from the point of hydrogen migration. The hydride fuels irradiation behaviors would be of value in development of hafnium hydride control rods for FBR where drastic prolongation of its in-core life is being planned accounting its superb characteristics of helium free and low swelling.
