Intense laser-field ionization of H2 enhanced by two-electron dynamics were examined. The ionization probabilities at different values of the internuclear distance were estimated and tunnel ionization of H2 was found to be enhanced by field-induced two-electron dynamics. The mechanism of the ionization enhanced by field-induced intramolecular electron transfer was consistent with the observation charge-asymmetric dissociation channels of diatomic molecules.
