Influence of the spin structure for the exchange bias of antiferromagnetic and ferromagnetic bilayer

Abstract

The influence of the spin structure for the exchange bias of antiferromagnetic (AFM) and ferromagnetic bilayer was discussed. The binary alloy model was introduced to investigate the influence of the spin structure in AFM layer for the exchange bias generation. Four types of spin structures were obtained in the AFM layer by Monte Carlo calculations and a condition of calculated model was also described.
