Abstract
Non-resonant x-ray scattering experiments on CeB6 under applied uniaxial pressure and magnetic field have been performed. Measurements of different orbital superlattice reflections show different temperature dependences. The changes in the scattered x-ray intensity as a function of applied pressure and field can be interpreted as being due to the change in the orientation of the 4f orbitals.
