N2 - An apparatus for observation of crystal growth was produced. In situ observation of the crystal growth of β-(BEDT-TTF)2I3 by an electrochemical oxidation method was carried out using this apparatus. Stable growth of the seed crystal was observed at the beginning of the growth and was gradually decelerated with the passage of time. Finally, the growth of the crystal changed from positive to negative. The relation between concentration of the solutes and crystal growth is discussed.
