Abstract

Nine types of spectra were assigned to different Ni oxides and oxyhydroxides by comparing the spectra with reference Ni oxide and oxyhydroxide films. The constituent substances of passive and transpassive films are identified. An experimental potential-pH diagram has been constructed.
