Hybrid micro-gravity simulator consisting of a high-speed parallel robot

    Abstract

    A hybrid micro-gravity simulator that can emulate impulsive motions was developed. The resulting simulator consists of a high-speed parallel robot as its motion table. In preliminary experiments, the simulator achieved accelerations up to 40.
