High-frequency permeability characteristics of Fe- and Co-based amorphous alloys with high B concentrations

Abstract

A new soft magnetic material with extremely high permeability above 1000 at 1 MHz is introduced. The high frequency characteristics of this material are the best among all soft magnetic materials. The combination of the excellent high-frequency permeability and high thermal stability of the supercooled liquid is promising the future development as a new type of soft magnetic material characterized by the high-frequency permeability.
