Abstract

Magnetoresistance (MR) of Fe/Cr superlattices having different Cr thickness tCr has been measured under high pressure up to 20 kbar. It is found that the effect of pressure on MR depends on tCr: MR of the sample having tCr near the first MR peak (tCr ≈ 11 Å) decreases more rapidly than those existing between the first and second MR peak (tCr ≈ 25 Å).
