### Abstract

It is shown that there exists a generalized t-J model of half-odd-integral spin S greater than 1 2 with nearest-neighbour transfer, whose partition function is expressed by the one of the ordinary t-J model of spin 1 2. In particular, in the supersymmetric case of t=J, the present model in one dimension is equivalent to the exactly solved supersymmetric t-J model of spin 1 2.
