Fundamental study on dynamic nano-mechanical properties

    Abstract

    Dynamic nano-mechanical measurement on polymeric surfaces will be reported, which is originally based on static force-distance curve analysis by atomic force microscopy. Viscoelastic properties will be revealed by this new method.
