Abstract

Using the 3-dimensional magnetic field of Fe-Pt magnet disk, the model was analyzed to determine the optimal method for the design and magnetization. As a solution, sectoral four-pole magnetizing was the better magnetization method. Additionally, optimal designs of the outer and inner cap were investigated by the integral element magnetic field analysis using the experimental magnetic properties.
