Fluorescence spectroscopy of sodium halide solutions having hyper-mobile water

Around muscle fibers or iodine ions, we have ever found the water (hyper-mobile water) that have higher dielectric relaxation frequency than one of a normal water; 17GHz. In this study we measured the fluorescence spectra of sodium halide solutions, where NaT and NaBr form hypermobile water in solution. As a result, a small but systematic peak was observed at 20000 cm-1 for NaT and NaBr solutions with an excitation wavenumber of 33000 cm -1.
