    Abstract

    Chemisorption on metal surfaces, such as Ag(110)-O and Cu(111)-Cl was studied using a field ion-scanning tunneling microscope (FI-STM). An STM observation of C60 deposited on the Si(111)7*7 surface is briefly reported.
