Fermi surface and cyclotron mass in (DMe-DCNQI)2Cu system

Abstract

The de Haas - van Alphen measurements of the undeuterated and partially deuterated (DMe-DCNQI)2Cu have been carried out to investigate the Fermi surface. The results are in good agreement with the calculated band structure. There is no significant difference in the Fermi surfaces and in the cyclotron masses between all the samples. No sizable mass enhancement of the conduction electrons is observed even for the deuterated samples.
