Abstract

Ultrasmall monodispersed Au nanoparticles are synthesized using a gas-liquid interfacial plasma (GLIP) technique combined with introduction of ionic liquid and oleylamine under low gas pressure. The morphology and particle size of the synthesized nanoparticles are characterized by UV-vis, TEM, SAED and XRD.
