Experimental test of error-disturbance uncertainty relations by weak measurements

Abstract

We experimentally test the error-disturbance relations for generalized measurement of photon-polarization by weak measurements. Our results exemplify the violation of Heisenberg's uncertainty relation, yet validates Ozawa's relation.
