The single and the magnetic excitation spectra of the impurity Anderson model are calculated at finite temperatures by extending the numerical renormalization group method. Universal curves when the excitation energy and the temperature are scaled by the Kondo temperature are obtained in good approximation. The atomic f1 → f2 excitation peak of the BIS region increases with increasing temperature. This seems to be consistent with recent experimental result.
