Evolution of terahetz radiation spectrum induced by a magnetic field applied on an InAs emitter in the Voigt configuration

Abstract

Magnetically induced evolution of terahertz (THz) radiation spectrum from an InAs emitter under the Voigt configuration is investigated. It is found that peak shifting of THz-radiation spectrum toward lower frequency is due to magneto-plasma effect. Additionally, the periodic structure observed in the spectrum is discussed based on the Voigt effect.
