Evaluation of Segmentectomy for Roentgenographically Occult Lung Cancer

Abstract

In order to preserve lung function with curative intent, we performed a total of six segmentectomies for five roentgenographically occult lung cancer patients. All bronchi were preoperatively observed and brushed. Biopsy was performed for all lesions.
