Abstract
The energy spectrum of superconducting state of extended Hubbard model is investigated for various pairing states based on the selfconsistent calculation. Density of states of quasiparticle (DOS) for various pairing states strongly depend on the shape of the Fermi surface. We have found there exists a qualitative difference between the DOS of s + d-wave state and those of s + id-wave state.
