Abstract

A large electrical resistivity shows -log T dependence below 10, 20 and 300 K in amorphous (a-) Ce15Cu85, Ce18Si82 and Ce58Ru42 alloys. Coherent Kondo behavior is detectable below 30 K in a-Ce58Ru42. The magnetoresistance at 4.2 K is negative for a-Ce15Cu85, very small for a-Ce18Si82 and positive for a-Ce58Ru42.
