Electrode performance at hetero-interface of perovskite-related oxides, (La, Sr)CoO3-δ/(La, Sr)2CoO4-δ

Abstract

The hetero-interface electrode, LaSrCoO4-δ on La 0.6Sr0.4CoO3-δ, was examined by impedance analysis and steady state polarization method. The performance of the hetero-interface electrode was higher than those of LaSrCoO4-δ and La0.6Sr0.4CoO3-δ. This is attributed to the enhancement of oxygen exchange at the heterointerface of LaSrCoO 4-δ and La0.6Sr0.4CoO 3-δ.
