Abstract
Electrical transport properties are discussed for YBa2Cu3O7-δ 123) films with 2-dimensional artificial pinning centers (2-D APCs). An Y123/Pr123 multilayer film with TC0 of ∼80 K was successfully grown on a SrLaGaO4 substrate. In the Y123/Pr123 multilayer film, the a-axis oriented Y123 and Pr123 were stacked alternately on the substrate. JC-θ curves in magnetic fields at 60 K showed a peak at B//c, suggesting that the Y123/Pr123 multilayer films have c-axis correlated pinning centers. The magnetic field dependence of the JC(B//c)/JC(B//a) showed a maximum around the calculated matching field of the Y123/Pr123 multilayer film. The JC(B//c)/JC(B//a) decreased above the matching field.
