Abstract
The resistivity due to Coulomb interaction of two-dimensional electron gas under spatially alternating magnetic field has been calculated based on the Kubo formula. It is found that, in the presence of disorder, the interplay between the periodic potential and the Coulomb interactions results in a T 2-term in the Drude conductance, which is not due to the Umklapp scattering. The results are in reasonable agreement with experiments by Kato et al. [J. Phys. Soc. Jpn. 68 (1999) 1492].
