N2 - The effect of macroscopic segregation of raw materials on the structural change of the iron ore sintering bed was examined by X-ray computerized tomography scanner with a small sinter pot. Three cases of segregation including coke, CaO content and alumina fiber sheets were considered. In the case of coke and alumina fiber sheet, voids were formed just under the segregated position, while for CaO segregation, voids were formed at the place of the segregation.
