Domain structure of high resistivity Fe-Al-O granular films

Abstract

The exchange stiffness constants of Fe-Al-O granular films were evaluated by domain observation. An equation was used to measure the stiffness constants along the hard axis direction of the granular films. The results indicate that the magnetization of the integration phases along the hard axis direction become weaker due to the increase of anisotropy fields.
