Abstract
By the microwave dielectric relaxation measurements, we found hyper mobile water, which rotational mobility is higher than that of bulk water, was formed around actin filament and water structure breaker ions. In this study, we measure the dielectric relaxation properties of charge-regulated polymers, poly(x-ionene, x is the number of carbon chain), to discuss with the relationship between the rotational mobility of water and surface electric field around polymer chains. The results showed that hyper mobile water was formed around 2 and 3-ionene. The surface electric field of these ionenes are above 4 × 10 7V/m which is almost same value of I- ion.
