Detuning dependence of excitonic optical stark effect in inorganic-organic layered semiconductor

Abstract

Optical Stark effect is important for all-optical switching. In an inorganic-organic layered semiconductor, the effect is large. This effect is explained as due to the large exciton oscillator strength.
