Abstract
Nanogels of cholesterol-bearing pullulan (CHP) with cationic charge were used as intracellular protein carrier. Proteins such as FITC-BSA and FITC-antibody were effectively internalized to Hela cells in the presence of the nanogels even in the serum medium. The efficiency is higher than that of conventional carriers such as cationic liposome or peptide based carrier.
