Abstract

We constructed a resin-bound peptide library in which the peptide was designed to take an α-helix structure, and p-boronobenzoic acid was conjugated on the ε-amino group of the Lys side-chain placed at the middle of the helix. Screening this library allowed selection of a peptide that can bind flavin adenine dinucleotide with high affinity and selectivity.
