De Haas-van Alphen oscillations in KFe2As2

We have succeeded in observing de Haas-van Alphen oscillations in KFe 2As2. Cylindrical Fermi surfaces are found. Effective masses of electrons range from about 6-9 times the free electron mass for B∥c.
