Abstract
This research first proposed the structure of a database storing various data on mobility, disasters and other external factors so as to efficiently create information for traffic management both during disasters and normal situations. Then, an evacuation simulation is developed using the stored data to evaluate several evacuation schemes of road infrastructure development, allocation of evacuation shelters just after the Great East Japan Earthquake.
