Abstract
A data base for calculating phase equilibria in III-V alloy systems has been constructed. A set of thermodynamic parameters for liquid and compound phases were evaluated by optimizing previous experimental data on phase boundaries and thermochemical properties. A computer system for calculating and graphically displaying phase diagrams has been developed, which gives information on the equilibrium compositions of liquid/solid equilibria and miscibility gaps for any combination of components and temperatures.
