The zero-field Cu-NMR of Nd2-xCexCuO4-y around 60-140MHz indicates clearly that antiferromagnetism of Cu spins is situated near superconducting phase. Three distinct components of the NMR signals are observed with large difference in electric quadrupole interactions, showing that local electronic configurations at Cu sites changes significantly with electron-doping.
