Abstract

Variation of the crystal structure of Fe-Si-Al fine flakes was investigated in correlation with the composition gradient that occurred in the process of of long-duration microforging. The transmission characteristics were measured for a microstrip line with and without the composite sheet in the frequency band of 1 MHz-5 GHz and the transmission loss was calculated. The results indicated that the dispersion DIII was responsible for the loss.
