Abstract
Nickel base heat-resistant superalloys are candidates for the structural materials of heat exchangers in high temperature gas cooled reactors (HTGR). The paper reports the dependence of protective properties on film thickness in tests conducted for up to 1300h at 900 and 1000 degree C.
