Abstract

The authors regret that in Ref. [1] of this paper, the calculated results of the mobility [Formula presented] in Fig. 4(d) need to be corrected, due to a careless omission during the calculated the volume concentration of p-type carriers, [Formula presented]. Obviously, Fig. 1 shows the P(O2) dependence of the recalculated mobility [Formula presented], and the valuesof [Formula presented] are about 0.05 cm2 V−1 s−1 regardless of temperature and P(O2). There is no problem for all other data in this paper. The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to the readers of the paper.
