Abstract

Co/Cu superlattices were studied by means of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The Co average fractions in the interface alloys regions are nearly uniform for the superlattices having small Δρ{variant}/ρ{variant} and distributed for the superlattices having large Δρ{variant}/ρ{variant}. There is a correlation between the MR ratio and the interface chemical structure.
