Abstract
The magnetic relaxation arising from thermally activated flux motion has been measured for the high-Jc YBa2Cu3O7 films prepared by chemical vapor deposition. The distribution of activation energies is discussed on the basis of a flux creep model proposed by Hagen and Griessen. The distrubution is related to the high-Jc property of the YBa2Cu3O7 films.
